What is your role at Array? What is a typical day like for you?

I manage a small team of Account Executives and also develop and manage my own accounts. An ideal day is filled with meetings with both clients and Array team members.

Why do you do this type of work? What do you like about your job?

I get a lot of satisfaction from working with attorneys and other legal professionals as peers, helping them solve their client’s problems. When I first got into this business at the age of 23, I was deathly afraid of lawyers, especially partners. Over the years I learned that attorneys are just like everyone else, they have a job to do and appreciate when someone in my role can add value to their work. Today, I count hundreds of attorneys at some of the most prestigious firms across the country as friends and colleagues.

What is an example of your most creative or impactful work?

I don’t have a specific example, but I am at my best when trying to creatively solve a problem. I have a knack for asking questions that no one else will. For better, or worse, I am not afraid to ask dumb questions.

What do you think is the "Array Advantage"? Why do clients trust Array?

I believe Array is just the right size, we have the resources and solutions to handle the largest projects but are small enough to deliver services that are tailored to our client’s specific needs.

What are you most likely up to when you are off-the-clock?

Dreaming about my next trip to the Rockies.

What is something that would surprise people about you?

I was a nightclub DJ for several years in my late teens and early twenties.

What is the most recent thing you learned about or taught yourself to do?

Over the past several months, I have been using ChatGPT more and more to help me with daily activities like research, composing emails, etc.
