What is your role at Array? What is a typical day like for you?

As a part of the business development team I spend my days marketing all of our services to prospective new clients and our existing clients that could utilize additional tools, and servicing and supporting the existing client.

Why do you do this type of work? What do you like about your job?

I fell into legal services 30 years ago after playing basketball and have had a long consistent career and have been very blessed. I like having clients that you build strong long working relationships with, where they trust you to handle everything. You are their go to guy!

What is an example of your most creative or impactful work?

My overall job is impactful in the way that I enjoy helping grow each business I have been a part of by increasing sales so that the awesome support staff, who are just as important, can receive raises, bonuses and grow with the company as well.

What are you most likely up to when you are off-the-clock?

I am usually hanging out with my family, watching sports and working out.

What is something that would surprise people about you?

In the remote age, people I have finally met in person after having to work together virtually say “wow didn’t know you were that tall” 6’6” LOL

What is the most recent thing you learned about or taught yourself to do?

Speak (a little) Italian.
