Operations Manager for Traditional Services | Orange County, CA

What is your role at Array? What is a typical day like for you?

I am the operations manager for our traditional services in our Orange County office. I handle all copy, scanning, and printing projects. I also work closely with the sales team and our clients to ensure we’re providing a quality and timely service on incoming projects.

Why do you do this type of work? What do you like about your job?

I was first introduced into this line of work back in 1998. The environment is still fast paced and exciting. Every project is different and keeps me on my toes, there are no boring or slow days.

What is an example of your most creative or impactful work?

We once assisted a client with a large trial prep. The projects lasted a few days, some days lasting almost 16 hours, but we helped our client win their case and win a large settlement.

What did you do before Array? How do you apply that experience to your work today?

A long time ago I worked at a hotel as a front desk clerk. Every customer has a unique preference in what they want. Our clients are each unique and at Array we want every customer to feel the same level of service regardless of the size of project received.

What are you most likely up to when you are off-the-clock?

I enjoy spending time with my family and my new granddaughter.
