Array Acquires Compass Reporting, Enhancing Litigation Support Offerings

AUSTIN, Texas - Compass Reporting and Omni-Invictus, LLC dba Array (“Array”) today announced that Array, a leading litigation support firm, has acquired Compass Reporting, a boutique litigation support provider. Compass Reporting will be doing business as Array effective as of December 31, 2022.

Compass Reporting provides concierge-style services for court reporting, legal videography, video conferencing, language service, and transcription. They bring almost 20 years of experience in litigation support, reinforcing Array’s deep bench of experienced litigation support professionals.

The acquisition of Compass Reporting enhances Array’s position as an industry-leading litigation support partner for law firms and in-house legal departments. Compass Reporting expands Array’s presence into eleven new markets, including Atlanta, Clearwater, Dallas, Denver, Indianapolis, Las Vegas, New Orleans, Orlando, San Antonio, Tampa, and West Palm Beach, and strengthens Array’s presence in Chicago and Houston.
