Navigating the Transition: From Ricoh eDiscovery Services to Array

For Katie, the acquisition of Ricoh eDiscovery Services was a pivotal moment. Having been part of the original Commonwealth Legal team since its acquisition by Ricoh in 2014, Katie felt the Array transition was a return to their core strengths in eDiscovery and litigation support. "It felt like we were going back to our roots," Katie explains. "This shift has allowed us to focus on enhancing efficiencies and discovering new tools for our Canadian clients."

The transition to Array has been an exciting change for Katie. While her core focus of nurturing client relationships has remained consistent, it has reinforced her commitment to her clients. Adapting to a new organizational structure and building new connections within the company has given Katie a fresh perspective, fueling her drive to exceed customer expectations with continued dedication.
