What is your role at Array? What is a typical day like for you?

My role is to maintain and grow our existing relationships and make new ones while expanding our brand. A typical day consists of dealing directly with clients to ensure their projects are on track to meet their deadlines. I also spend a lot of time networking and growing our client base by bringing in new business opportunities.

Why do you do this type of work? What do you like about your job?

I do it because it came naturally to me, meeting new faces and connecting is fun. I like that in the 26 years working for this ownership team, it’s always felt like my second family.

What do you think is the "Array Advantage"? Why do clients trust Array?

I would have to say it’s the relationships we develop with our clients. Our reps truly know how to go above and beyond for their clients.

Describe Array in five words or less.

The reliable constant professionals.

What are you most likely up to when you are off-the-clock?

I am probably float tube fishing at a local lake or camping up in the local Sierra Nevada mountains. Or, paint pouring with acrylic paint.

What is something that would surprise people about you?

I paint with acrylic paints.

What is the most recent thing you learned about or taught yourself to do?

How to make empanadas.
