What is your role at Array? What is a typical day like for you?

Over the past few weeks, I've dedicated my time to onboarding, engaging with the exceptionally intelligent and diverse Array team, and re-establishing connections with our software partners. In my role at Array, I will collaborate across the organization to contribute to the development and implementation of technological solutions aimed at enhancing our workflows. Additionally, part of my responsibilities involves managing our relationships with software partners.

Why do you do this type of work? What do you like about your job?

I have a deep passion for legal technology and thrive on collaborative efforts. With an entrepreneurial mindset, I embrace challenges, finding inspiration in discomfort that sparks my creative instincts and satisfies my thirst for continual learning. At Array, I am not only valued but also empowered to make decisions and unleash my creativity, providing the ideal environment for excelling in what I do best.

What is an example of your most creative or impactful work?

My passion for the eDiscovery industry and technology shines through in the content I create, exemplified by the resources I create for teams across the company. I delve into a diverse range of tools catering to its comparisons, technology evaluations, delivering a thorough overview of their standout features and optimal applications.

What are you most likely up to when you are off-the-clock?

Helping in my daughter's horse-riding class, practicing golf swings with my middle child, talking shop with my husband, and cheering on my favorite futbol player currently on the Liverpool FCIA Maryland 2008 boys' team.

What is something that would surprise people about you?

I am very competitive in sports and board games. My girls have turned me into a Swiftie!

What is the most recent thing you learned about or taught yourself to do?

I most recently learned how to play golf; I am a beginner but I already love it.
