MEET Albert Jimenez

Sales/Business Development Representative | Los Angeles, CA

I think that as a company we all work better and are happier when a task has a clearly defined start point and end point.

What is your role at Array? What is a typical day like for you?

My role involves cultivating relationships with clients, understanding their litigation support needs, and proposing tailored solutions provided by Array. A typical day includes engaging with potential clients, providing estimates and proposals, conducting product presentations, and collaborating with the internal teams on their next case and to ensure client satisfaction.

Why do you do this type of work? What do you like about your job?

I am passionate about this type of work because it allows me to play a pivotal role in supporting legal professionals at a moment’s notice. I find satisfaction in contributing to Array’s mission of seamlessly managing the logistics of litigation, enabling lawyers to focus on winning their cases.

What is an example of your most creative or impactful work?

One notable example of my impactful work was successfully collecting a client’s email box, ingesting/processing and hosting the data in our Relativity platform within 48 hours, two days ahead of their request. Showcasing the effectiveness of Array’s litigation support services.

What do you think is the “Array Advantage” Why do clients trust Array?

The “Array Advantage” lies in our founder-owned structure, allowing us to support any case and all phases of a trial from the beginning to the end. Clients trust Array because of our commitment to speed, accuracy, and unmatched service, supported by cutting-edge technology and experienced professionals.

Describe Array in five words or less.

Speed, Accuracy, Unmatched Litigation Support.

What did you do before Array? How do you apply that experience to your work today?

Before joining Array, I was an owner of a company called Maven, providing the same support. My 30 years of experience equips me to understand clients’ needs deeply and tailor our services to provide effective litigation support solutions.

What are you most likely up to when you are off-the-clock?

I enjoy spending time with my family and when I get a chance: workout at the gym, playing basketball, swimming, running and riding my bike.

What is something that would surprise people about you?

People might be surprised to know that I was a Firefighter/EMT for the US Forest Service in Glendora CA, Dalton Station 21.

What is the most recent thing you learned about or taught yourself to do?

The most recent thing I learned or taught myself is to have trust in my team and let them do their job. I had to be patient and understanding, contributing to my professional growth.

Our team at Array is supported by industry-leading experts like Albert who consistently apply creativity, dedication and experience in everything they do to solve our clients’ problems and exceed their expectations.
