What is your role at Array? What is a typical day like for you?

I assist clients with electronic discovery. As part of the electronic discovery process, my role encompasses assisting a team of attorneys in reviewing documents provided by the client to determine if the documents meet the client’s criteria. I handle projects from the start of the document review process until its completion. I assist contract attorneys to better understand and implement the client’s requests to give the client the best work product. On a typical day, I perform quality control tasks, keep track of the review’s progress, interact with the client, and review team.

Why do you do this type of work? What do you like about your job?

Assisting in the Electronic discovery realm, allows me to learn about different law practices and strengthens my understanding between the parties and the court. I like that I continuously learn and improve my skills across different legal platforms.

What is an example of your most creative or impactful work? (Tell us about a time you went above and beyond or met a unique challenge).

A client wanted to review specific documents. In order to provide the client with the documents they requested, I used my knowledge of performing complex searches.

What did you do before Array? How do you apply that experience to your work today?

Prior to Array I worked at other E-discovery companies. This experience expanded my knowledge of the e-discovery universe which I use in my daily tasks.

What are you most likely up to when you are off-the-clock?

I like vegetable and fruit gardening or playing with my animals.

What is something that would surprise people about you?

I am an environmentalist. I believe Mother Earth is extremely important to us and should be treated as such. I strive to have a small impact on the environment.

What is the most recent thing you learned about or taught yourself to do? (does not have to be work related).

Fruit and vegetable gardening. I am still a novice, and I am learning that each fruit or vegetable variety has their own preferences such as the amount of sunlight, water, fertilizer. I am also learning how to deal with insects in an environmentally friendly manner.
