What is your role at Array? What is a typical day like for you?

Direct Hire and Contract Staffing Manager.  There is no typical day (which keeps things interesting and fresh).

Why do you do this type of work? What do you like about your job?

It offers me an opportunity to utilize both my legal and recruiting skills to make a positive impact on candidates and clients lives. I enjoy connecting with people and walking both clients and candidates through the recruiting process.

What did you do before Array? How do you apply that experience to your work today?

I worked as a litigation attorney at a large firm and also as a managed care recruiter.  My legal knowledge coupled with my recruiting experience has helped me to collaborate with clients to deeply understand their hiring needs and proactively translate that into a positive candidate and interviewer experience.

What are you most likely up to when you are off-the-clock?

I love to travel, cook, golf, read, play bocce, and spend time with my family.

What is something that would surprise people about you?

Despite having been a “mean litigator” at a large Manhattan law firm, I am very down to earth, sentimental, and love traditions.

What is the most recent thing you learned about or taught yourself to do? (does not have to be work related)

I learn something new everyday about life, others, and myself. This is silly but most recently I learned how to cook the perfect steak indoors.
