Employee Spotlight JD Haschert

| December 18, 2024
Meet JD Haschert: Solutions Architect at Array

Based in Maryland, JD Haschert is a Solutions Architect at Array, specializing in consulting on innovative solutions like ArrayOnDemand, Forensics, and Acumen. At Array, problem-solving is more than just a job—it’s a passion, and JD exemplifies that drive in all aspects of his work. Each day, he collaborates with clients and internal teams to tailor technology recommendations and workflows that address unique eDiscovery challenges.

Bridging Technology and Client Success

“JD has been instrumental in helping us bridge cutting-edge technology with exceptional client service,” shares Chad Hoffman, Chief Operations Officer at Array. “His extensive industry expertise, combined with his dedication to innovation and problem-solving, has had a significant impact on our clients and our team.”

Adapting to the Evolution of eDiscovery

JD’s eDiscovery journey began in litigation support, where he started by running a copy shop for IKON before transitioning into imaging services and eventually eDiscovery. Over the years, his career has evolved alongside advancements in the field—moving from managing “black boxes” to building a national distributed processing footprint, and ultimately embracing centralized SaaS platforms powered by cloud and AI technologies. His progression from hands-on operations to product management and consulting reflects a deep adaptability and expertise in navigating the ever-changing eDiscovery landscape.

Empowered by Array’s Innovation and Focus

Joining Array after the acquisition of Ricoh eDiscovery Services was a game-changer for JD. “The shift from being a small part of a massive company to playing a key role in a forward-thinking eDiscovery firm has been energizing,” he says. “Array’s focus on client success, paired with advanced tools like RelativityOne and eDiscoveryAI, has been transformative for our clients and our services.”

Looking ahead, JD is excited about building an even stronger organization at Array. As he says, “The Array Advantage is our ability to partner with clients, think creatively, and deliver tailored solutions. Whether it’s established best practices or innovative strategies, we make it happen.”

Off the Clock

Off the clock, you’ll find JD boat fishing on the Chesapeake Bay or working on his garden tractor collection. Fun fact: JD lives on an island—though it’s more suburban than you might think.

JD’s Approach to Simplifying Complex Data

Join JD at the upcoming EDRM webinar, where he will be joined by the Venio Systems team to discuss how to transform complex data into actionable intelligence. He’ll demonstrate how teams can quickly and easily set up a case, incorporating everything from traditional to modern and mobile data, to analyze and identify key issues effectively. Register here!
