Meet Hanad Jama: Toronto-based Junior Project Manager at Array
As a Junior Project Manager, Hanad thrives on connecting with clients and serving as the first point of contact for new requests. He manages data with precision, ensures secure transfers, and streamlines processes to deliver seamless results. Since transitioning to Array from Ricoh, Hanad has embraced a more cohesive team approach, enabling him and his colleagues to operate at their fullest potential.
“I’m passionate about solving problems and working with a team that values collaboration and innovation,” Hanad shares. His diverse experience equips him to tackle complex challenges, like orchestrating a critical project with a tight three-day deadline, which ultimately saved the client significant time and effort.

Hanad joined the eDiscovery industry in June of 2021 as a Sales Support Administrator, where he quickly developed a passion for growth and learning. Since joining Array with the acquisition of Ricoh, Hanad has embraced that growth by working alongside a team of talented and experienced professionals who consistently solve complex challenges. He most looks forward to serving clients with the support and talent that the Array team provides.
He thrives in an environment that prioritizes collaboration, fosters mentorship, and values the contributions of every individual. Remaining consistent with his passion for growth, Hanad is also leveraging his ACEDS certification to bring a strategic, big-picture perspective to managing eDiscovery projects and delivering meaningful outcomes for clients.

Off the Clock
When he’s not at work, Hanad can be found at the gym, watching or playing basketball, or indulging his love of coffee at unique cafés. As a dual citizen of the U.S. and Canada, he has a truly global perspective, having lived in Pakistan, Egypt, Switzerland, and now Canada. Currently, Hanad is teaching himself Spanish using apps, YouTube, and subtitles while watching shows.
Hanad is not just a problem-solver but a driven innovator and dedicated team player. His expertise, passion for learning, and commitment to client success make him an invaluable member of the Array team.
