What is your role at Array? What is a typical day like for you?  

My role has shifted recently from less of the day to day operations to being more focused on the growth of the Subpoena Division in California, Texas and beyond.

Why do you do this type of work? What do you like about your job? 

A long time ago I saw a need for a more client-centric-based company that strictly dealt with a client’s subpoena requests. Which allowed me to build a better company to serve those who would value our offering.

What is an example of your most creative or impactful work? (Tell us about a time you went above and beyond or met a unique challenge) 

I don’t have a single example but more of an amalgamation of requests that, at the moment, seemed impossible due to geographical and time constraints. Yet, we were able to make some minor miracles happen and completed the requests. Much to the pleasure of our clients.

What do you think is the “Array advantage”? Why do clients trust Array?  

I feel that the “Array Advantage” is having a common mindset from the C-Level Execs to new hires that is based on making sure the level of communication between Array and our Clients is always monitored and kept at the top of the list for importance.  We are only as good as our last job.

What did you do before Array? How do you apply that experience to your work today?  

I had started and built two legal services companies prior to being acquired by Inservio3, which became Array.  That experience of having to wear multiple hats was invaluable.  But, it also allowed me to build something that was custom made to my needs and desires to provide a higher level of services to all of my clients.

What are you most likely up to when you are off-the-clock?  

I have been a musician since I was 10 years old.  Whether playing music live or recording in my home studio; that passion will never go away.

What is something that would surprise people about you?  

I grew up in a very small town in Illinois (Pop. 3000).

What is the most recent thing you learned about or taught yourself to do? (does not have to be work related)  

I learned that it is not easy but beneficial to maneuver outside of my comfort zone in order to accommodate personal and business growth.
