From Defining an Industry to Shaping the Future: Array Canada’s Next Chapter

| January 15, 2026

Every enduring company shares a foundational element—a legacy shaped not only by its products, markets, or achievements, but by its vision, core values, sense of purpose, community, and the people who make it all possible.

For Array Canada, that story is one of bold beginnings, transformative disruption, and a relentless commitment to excellence. Our roots trace back to Commonwealth Legal, a company that didn’t just participate in the legal services industry—it defined it. When Ricoh Canada acquired Commonwealth Legal in 2014, it marked both an end and a beginning. Our values, systems, and people persisted, proving that what was built locally could resonate on a global stage.

Fast forward to 2024, and history repeated itself in a new way: Array emerged as a visionary force, acquiring Ricoh’s eDiscovery business in the US and Canada. This wasn’t just a transaction—it was a belief in the power of “better together,” and the birth of Array Canada.

What has remained constant and a north star through every chapter is our culture. At every turn, our team has stayed true to its core—committed to customers, to each other, and to a spirit of collaboration, advancement and expansion. As the world and market around us has changed and adapted; our passion, agility, and customer-first mindset are stronger than ever.

As we honor our legacy, we enter 2026—the Year of the Horse—marked by energy, momentum, progress and confidence. We are ready to embrace new opportunities and shape our next chapter.

A New Home for Array Canada: First Canadian Place

Today, we stand at another pivotal moment: the opening of our expansive new headquarters in First Canadian Place—right at the heart of Toronto’s financial district. We’re not just moving offices, we’re making a statement about our future.

Our decision to open a state-of-the-art office is both a tribute to our history and a strategic investment in our future. We believe growth accelerates when expertise and business outcomes are cultivated in environments designed for connection and impact. Our new space is meant to deepen our expertise, foster meaningful client and team engagement, expand our technology- driven services and deliver high quality end-to-end eDiscovery and Court Reporting Services.

Choosing First Canadian as our new home is deeply personal and purposeful. When I re-located to Toronto in 2008 , I was struck by the city’s vibrant atmosphere, impressive scale, and the deep sense that meaningful work was unfolding all around me.  The downtown core and financial district with its towering high-rises and Canada’s leading banks and businesses, left a lasting impression on me—even while trying to navigate the “Path”.

One of my most formative experiences was stepping into First Canadian Place. The building’s scale was impressive, but what truly struck me was the dynamic ecosystem inside—a blend of Canada’s leading institutions and ambitious start-ups with a shared entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence in serving clients, delivering value and fostering success.

As a leader, those early lessons continue to inform my decisions. Opening this office is not about expansion for its own sake—it’s about intention. We are placing our people in an environment that fosters expertise, collaboration, and development, while staying close to the industries and institutions we serve.

Looking Forward: What’s Next?

As we settle into our new home, our vision is clear: partner with our customers, understand their pressing challenges, and help them unlock new levels of success.  Our continued focus will be to remain agile and develop market-leading solutions that combine our deep expertise with emerging technology, artificial intelligence, and a distinctly human touch in a fast-paced and ever-changing landscape.

Being situated in Toronto’s financial district means we are uniquely positioned to stay closely connected to our market, leverage global resources, and deliver world-class solutions for clients across Canada and beyond.

This exciting step forward symbolizes a launchpad for the future. We invite you to join us in this new chapter of shaping what comes next.
