Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Jen Guglielmi is Array’s Vice President of Business Development. With 18 years of experience in the eDiscovery industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for building lasting client relationships. Her role centers on growing a strong portfolio of clients, ensuring sustained and expanding success year over year.

Jen thrives in a relationship-driven industry. “I’m a connector through and through,” she says. “Building trust, bringing people and ideas together, and leading with empathy and curiosity—those are the foundations of my work.” She believes that real connection drives real results, making her a natural fit for Array’s client-centric approach.

Outside of work, Jen is cheering on her two boys from the sidelines, playing golf or pickleball, or diving into her latest book—she reads 25-30 books a year and welcomes recommendations! She also has a lifelong fascination with Great White Sharks, supporting conservation efforts and hoping to go cage diving one day.

A firm believer in continuous learning, Jen recently picked up painting, inspired by her grandmother’s artwork. “There’s nothing better than ending the day with music and a creative outlet,” she shares.
