Acquisition expands Array's presence in Texas and brings more than two decades of litigation support experience to the organization

DALLAS – July 21, 2026 – Array, a technology-driven litigation support and legal technology company, today announced its acquisition of Platinum Intelligent Data Solutions (Platinum IDS). Platinum IDS is a Dallas-based provider of eDiscovery, data analytics and litigation support services. The acquisition expands Array’s presence in Texas and adds local litigation support capacity through a team with broad knowledge of the Dallas legal market. 

Founded in 2001, Platinum IDS supports law firms and corporate legal departments handling complex litigation, investigations and multi-jurisdictional matters. Its services include eDiscovery, data preservation and collection, document review, litigation consulting, data analytics, reprographics and trial support.
