Thadd Hale

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Thadd’s career in the litigation technology field has spanned 17 years. He gained a deep understanding of technology sales and operations working in senior management roles for several national eDiscovery providers. Thadd co-founded Advanced Discovery in 2005 and spent the next eight years guiding the company’s technological vision and helping build it into a leading national eDiscovery provider. Thadd sold the company to a leading private equity group in 2014. In 2014, Thadd co-founded eDepoze, a legal SaaS company, their product is used by 100+ law firms and legal government agencies ­ companies in this space.

David Vandygriff

CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER

David has been an owner operator in the Discovery space since the early 1990’s. As co-founder and CEO of Advanced Discovery, David, along with his brother and other partners, created a formidable international eDiscovery company. David brings a wealth of experience to the team and knows the importance of creating a culture where team members want to work, have opportunities for individual growth and success, and know that the senior leadership cares about them as individuals. David realizes that size does matter when it comes to the eDiscovery space—too big and you lose sight of the important things to clients and team members; too small and you can’t deliver sufficient resources that clients and team members need.

Thad Warren

CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER

Thad Warren has more than 13 years of experience in the eDiscovery industry. Prior to that he spent a decade in the Pharma industry. Thad gained a deep understanding of eDiscovery as a sales rep for one of the leading companies in the industry. Thad has worked with both AmLaw 100 law firms and Fortune 500 companies. He is well known in the industry for taking a consultative approach with his clients and making sure the most defensible and cost-effective measures are being implemented. Thad has lead sales teams across the country and has a unique way of connecting and driving value within the team.

John Vandygriff

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

John has overseen the finances of several companies in the Discovery world over the last twenty years. As a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst, John’s career has revolved around investments, corporate finance, and M&A all with the purpose of creating shareholder value. John not only excels with the finances of the organization, but is also is a strong believer in team building through improved communication, especially listening. John stresses continual improvement in all aspects of the business, never settling for stale or static environments.

Chad Hoffman

Chief Operating officer

Chad has over 20 years of experience in the eDiscovery industry in which he has held multiple leadership positions including COO, CFO and has led many other finance and operations related initiatives. Throughout his career, he has specialized in growing and integrating eDiscovery companies and has been involved in many mergers, integrations, and exit strategies involving Private Equity. His firm belief in customer service and building efficiencies has helped to create strong cultures within the organizations he has been a part of. He is committed to driving operational excellence and providing the best customer service to the clients and always striving to exceed expectations.

Brian Roberts

Chief Legal Officer and EVP of Business Development

As a seasoned attorney with 25 years of experience, Brian has successfully navigated complex legal matters for a variety of clients, both as outside counsel and as a general counsel. Brian has extensive experience in litigation, regulatory matters, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, SEC compliance, and intellectual property law. Brian has advised clients across a range of industries and has a track record of delivering successful outcomes with a dedication to innovative problem-solving and personalized attention. Brian believes in a collaborative approach to resolving complex legal matters that combines skilled legal representation with the latest advancements in legal technology to deliver efficient and economical results for clients. Brian is a member of the Arizona Bar Association, TechGC, and the Association of Corporate Counsel.
