125k Saved and 1200 Hours Eliminated: How Array Delivered Big for a Global Pharma Case
The Challenge:
A global pharmaceutical client engaged a law firm and turned to Array for support in handling a complex collections dispute. Array’s Canadian team provided specialized eDiscovery expertise, supplementing the firm’s limited IT resources by leading the data collection process. Our team expanded the initial ~50 GB dataset to a more comprehensive and defensible ~650 GB dataset in response to evolving case requirements, ensuring the project remained efficient, defensible, and aligned with the client’s strategic goals.
AT A GLANCE
A global pharmaceutical client needed support on a complex collections matter. Array Canada collected and processed the data, then used AI to reduce the dataset from 5.7 million to 500,000 documents.
RESULTS
Active Learning allowed the team to review far fewer documents, saving 1,200 hours. The reduced dataset delivered $125,000 in cost savings while remaining defensible.
The Solution:
Array’s Canadian eDiscovery team led data collection and applied AI-powered review to streamline a complex collections matter:
