What is your role at Array? What is a typical day like for you?

My role at Array involves working closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their goals. On a typical day, I spend a lot of time prospecting and reaching out to potential clients, either through calls or emails, to introduce them to our products and services. Building and maintaining relationships is key, so I often have meetings with clients to discuss their challenges and how we can help solve them.

Why do you do this type of work? What do you like about your job?

I’m passionate about sales because it allows me to connect with people and truly understand their needs. What I love most about my job is the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our clients’ businesses. It’s incredibly rewarding to see how our solutions can solve their challenges and help them achieve their goals. Building relationships and being a trusted advisor to our clients is something I find personally fulfilling. Every day brings new opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to our customers’ success stories, which motivates me to continuously strive for excellence in what I do.

What is an example of your most creative or impactful work?

One of the most impactful projects I’ve worked on was developing a customized solution for a client. After extensive discussions and understanding their pain points, I collaborated closely with our team to create a tailored solution that streamlined their processes.

The key to our success was not only delivering a technically sound product but also ensuring it integrated seamlessly into their existing systems and workflows. This project boosted our client’s operational efficiency. It was rewarding to see how our solution positively impacted their daily operations and contributed to better outcomes.

This experience reinforced my belief in the power of innovative thinking and collaboration in sales. It’s not just about selling a product but truly understanding the client’s needs and delivering solutions that exceed their expectations.

What are you most likely up to when you are off-the-clock?

When I’m off-the-clock, I prioritize family time, enjoying moments with my children. They play soccer and I coach so we spend a lot of time at games which brings me a lot of joy and fulfillment, combining my passion for the sport with sharing values and skills with young athletes.

What is something that would surprise people about you?

Something that might surprise people about me is that my family and I have a passion for traveling the world together. We love exploring new cultures, trying different cuisines, and creating unforgettable memories in destinations far and wide. It’s not just about seeing famous landmarks but also immersing ourselves in local communities and experiencing life from diverse perspectives.

What is the most recent thing you learned about or taught yourself to do?

The most recent thing I’ve learned is the importance of showing respect and understanding towards others, even when our perspectives or feelings differ. I’ve been focusing on cultivating empathy and appreciating people for who they are, regardless of whether we share the same beliefs or emotions. It’s a continuous journey of personal growth that has enriched my relationships and deepened my respect for diversity in thoughts and feelings.
