What is your role at Array? What is a typical day like for you?

As a part of the business development team, my daily focus revolves around client outreach. I spend my time managing client projects and ensuring their needs are not only met but exceeded. A significant part of my role involves educating clients on the essence of Array— what we do here, why we do it, and why it is important.

Why do you do this type of work? What do you like about your job?

I find the intersection of technology and our work at Array interesting; discovering how it can simplify lives in the legal realm. I also like giving my clients satisfaction and peace of mind when they come to us with a challenge. I enjoy solving problems, so my role in a client-facing position enables me to elevate the client experience by consistently going above and beyond.

What is an example of your most creative or impactful work?

I feel like this is yet to be determined. I am always working towards new goals and finding ways to be impactful in the legal community. I am currently on the board of ACEDS which is focused on education around eDiscovery; making sure people understand the “to-do’s” and the “not-to-do’s” and what new technology is available. My goal is to have a community where people share ideas and experiences so we can all become more knowledgeable.

Our goal is to provide the best experience possible for our clients. We bring a personal touch that other providers often lack. It’s this personalization that builds trust with our clients. We don’t just create ordinary relationships; we strive to create something special. Client experience matters.

What are you most likely up to when you are off-the-clock?

I am almost always on the run with my kids’ sports. Both of my daughters play softball, my youngest also plays flag football and soccer.

What is something that would surprise people about you?

I modeled a little bit in high school. I was “Mr. December” in the school calendar.

What is the most recent thing you learned about or taught yourself to do?

I am currently studying for my CEDS certification which has been a great challenge. Learning both sides of eDiscovery will help me, help my clients, on a different level.
