…I really like and enjoy the relationships and friendships I have built with my clients throughout the last nearly 23 years…
What is your role at Array? What is a typical day like for you?

My role is developing business, educating clients on our services, and taking care of client needs. On a typical day, I reach out to new and existing clients to schedule meetings and presentations promoting our services, and do what I can to facilitate new business opportunities and foster relationships based on good faith. In addition, a typical day for me also includes facilitating the completion and delivery of existing client needs and requests.

Why do you do this type of work? What do you like about your job?

The reason why I do this type of work is because I truly enjoy the work that I do, which centers around helping existing and future clients with their business needs. Specifically, I really like and enjoy the relationships and friendships I have built with my clients throughout the last nearly 23 years! In addition, I truly value being able to make others’ lives easier.

What is an example of your most creative or impactful work?

I think an example of the most impactful work I do is helping clients during trials. These requests are typically last minute and high-stress, and I recognize how important it is to be a resource to clients in those crunch times. I enjoy the opportunities that I am given to be proactive for our clients and to make a difference when they need our services.

What do you think is the “Array Advantage”? Why do clients trust Array?

I think the Array Advantage is expertise. Array has many employees who have a lot of experience and who have fostered great relationships throughout their careers. We have experts in every service department so we can promise our clients the best. I am confident that even if I do not know something, I know someone that does. We are nationwide and we have experts who are knowledgeable in every area! Moreover, we do not disappoint client expectations because we understand the importance.

Describe Array in five words or less.

Caring, Responsive, National, Dependable, Experts.

What did you do before Array? How do you apply that experience to your work today?

Before joining Array, I accumulated nearly 23 years of experience in the litigation support industry, gaining valuable insights along the way. I leverage the wealth of knowledge acquired over the years into my daily tasks at Array. The journey was not without its challenges, but it is through the trials and fires that I have evolved into the expert that I am today.

What are you most likely up to when you are off-the-clock?

When I am not working at Array, I am most likely up to spending time with my family; my fiancé, and four children. Family is paramount. I work hard so that I can focus my attention on them when I am off-the-clock.

What is something that would surprise people about you?

I believe one thing that would surprise people about me is that I was a professional boxer when I was in my 20’s and 30’s. I boxed for many years as an amateur boxer, and as such, I won several regional Golden Gloves tournaments and district Golden Gloves tournaments! Later, I moved on to be a professional boxer. It was a great experience and I do not think many people can say that they have punched someone for a living.

What is the most recent thing you learned about or taught yourself to do?

I like to see myself as a handyman, so YouTube has become a great resource for me on my escapades. Recently, with (YouTube’s help), I taught myself to take off and replace quarter panels, bumpers, and headlights on my cars.

Our team at Array is supported by industry-leading experts like Ignacio who consistently apply creativity, dedication and experience in everything they do to solve our clients’ problems and exceed their expectations.
