What is your role at Array? What is a typical day like for you?

My role at Array is to provide the best experience for my clients every time they reach out for our help and to grow Array’s presence within those firms and new firms. By working closely with our team of dedicated folks on both coasts and in between where we have offices, we can be the “go-to firm” to count on. Because of the trust we’ve built up through the years by going above and beyond, we’ve earned many repeat clients and referrals to new clients.

In my 20+ years in this business, there is never a typical day so you must be on your A game all the time. My day starts off with a cup of a strong dark roast, I would fire up the computer and check the status of last night’s jobs and make sure they were done correctly and will be delivered on time. The rest of the day consists of emails, calls, and sometimes even texts with clients and potential clients.

Why do you do this type of work? What do you like about your job?

I do this type of work because I enjoy the challenge and the satisfaction of a job well done. The appreciation I get after a challenging month-long trial and the fact that we can help our clients at every turn is what drives me.

What is an example of your most creative or impactful work?

A firm that I work with has an event in multiple offices on the same day. Instead of having each of their individual offices print the signage, I convinced them to let me coordinate with our local offices to have them printed and delivered so they won’t have to worry about the logistics. I know this solution helped lower their stress and it’s just one of the many ways that we find creative solutions.

What are you most likely up to when you are off-the-clock?

In my free time, I like to be outdoors as much as I can. Camping, hiking, biking, and just spending time with family. My wife and I just bought electric bikes that allow us to do more exploring around town or when camping.

What is something that would surprise people about you?

My wife and I were the first couple to be married in the county we live in for the year 2024.

What is the most recent thing you learned about or taught yourself to do?

How to hook up a camping trailer and how to reverse park it. Not totally a pro yet but I am getting better every time we go camping.
