What is your role at Array? What is a typical day like for you?

My role at Array is to build great relationships with existing and new clients by providing them with the best service, with the help of my team.

My typical day involves ensuring all new and old cases run smoothly. As a VP business developer, I have built new relationships with potential clients by learning about their cases and needs.

Why do you do this type of work? What do you like about your job?

I love to deal with people and provide them with the best solutions for each unique case.

What is an example of your most creative or impactful work?

I helped collect one million pages of paper discovery from multiple locations for a client. I helped them organize and return each document in the order and locations from which we received them. It was a big project that my involvement really impacted and it is just one example of how Array goes above and beyond.

Experience and excellent customer service.

What are you most likely up to when you are off-the-clock?

In this industry, we are never off the clock or on vacation. However, I like to spend time with family and work out.

What is something that would surprise people about you?

I have been a Kansas City Chiefs fan since 2000, even though I grew up in Boyle Heights, CA.

What is the most recent thing you learned about or taught yourself to do?

I learned to do a little electricity and plumbing for the house.
