What is your role at Array? What is a typical day like for you?
My current role at Array is that of a senior project manager for our portfolio group. I oversee multiple projects of varying complexity for a few of our core clients. I work closely with clients and colleagues to provide effective solutions from collection through review and production.
One of the main reasons I enjoy my job is there is no such thing as a typical day. Change is the only constant, and that keeps things interesting. Whether it’s kicking off a new last-minute project, ever-changing deadlines, or exploring new technologies, there’s always something to keep you on your toes.
Why do you do this type of work? What do you like about your job?
I enjoy this type of work because of its ever-changing nature and the daily challenges it offers. No two days are ever the same. It’s this unpredictability that keeps me engaged and provides opportunities to learn and grow. Another part of my job that I really appreciate is the opportunities it provides me to connect and collaborate with a wide range of people. From IT professionals to attorneys, to technology partners, to industry experts, I value the different perspectives that each brings to the table. The chance to build these relationships with colleagues and clients is very rewarding. Whether it’s finding innovative solutions to a problem or providing support during challenging times, I take pride in being able to help.
What is an example of your most creative or impactful work?
While I certainly take pride in some of the creative solutions I’ve been able to help clients with, I believe the most meaningful aspect of my work lies in the relationships I’ve built with our clients over the years. I have worked with some of my clients for over a decade to the point they treat me as an important part of their internal team. I take pride in not only being able to provide guidance and support but also a level of personal attention and care that goes beyond the typical client-vendor relationship. The trust, respect, and personal investment I have in these relationships remind me daily of the importance of my work and drives me to be better.

What are you most likely up to when you are off-the-clock?
When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and three young boys. With all three of them involved in various sports, I spend a lot of my downtime taxiing them to and from practices and games, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I also enjoy spending time outdoors, whether it’s attending sporting events (avid fan), going to the beach, snowboarding, or simply unwinding with friends, it’s a great way to relax and recharge.
What is something that would surprise people about you?
Earlier this year, I was honored to be recognized as an AI Visionary from Relativity. This award acknowledges individuals who have demonstrated exceptional innovation and leadership in utilizing AI within the legal space.
What is the most recent thing you learned about or taught yourself to do?
Golf is a relatively new hobby for me. Although I’ve always enjoyed playing, I recently decided to invest the time and effort into actually getting better. Being able to spend time outside while learning the ins and outs of the game, from figuring out my swing to understanding the nuances of the game has been great. I still have a long, long way to go but I am enjoying the ride.
