Felix Nolasco, Managing Partner in our Los Angeles office, provides purposeful and responsive service to our team. Get to know more about Felix in this spotlight:

What is your role at Array? What is a typical day like for you?

I’m in charge of our Los Angeles office as well as Century City. I oversee all projects from the moment our account representative brings them into the office until it is delivered back to our client. These projects vary from scanning, copying, printing, and trial preparation. A typical day for me starts with me making sure all projects are on track to meet our clients’ deadlines. Performing quality control checks and communicating with clients in case something has changed with projects.

What do you enjoy about your role at Array?

I enjoy this work as I’m constantly learning about how the law works and how what we do impacts the cases our clients are working on. Every project is different and keeps me on my toes, there is no boring day.

What is an example of your most creative or impactful work?

We assisted one of our biggest clients in a trial that was a grueling two months of preparation. Our hard work and quality helped our client win a one billion dollar settlement.

What do you think is the “Array advantage”?

The Array advantage is that we care for our clients, and we will always go above and beyond for them. That is why our clients trust us.

Describe Array in five words or less.

Caring, hardworking, supportive, trustworthy

What career experiences did you have before Array?

I have always been in this industry. It was supposed to be a summer job after high school and 20+ years here I am. I started as an operator and gradually moved up the ranks. I believe this has helped me be who I am today and has helped me to teach my co-workers, and employees and hopefully make our work easier.

What are you most likely up to when you are off-the-clock?

Enjoying time with my children. My kids are becoming young adults. My daughter turns 21  and my two boys will be turning 17 and 19. I have to take advantage before they don’t need their old man.

What is something that would surprise people about you?

I can’t swim. I stay out of the deep end of the pool. JAWS had a deep impact on me.

Our team at Array is supported by industry-leading subject-matter experts like Felix who consistently apply creativity, dedication and experience in everything they do to solve our clients’ problems and exceed their expectations.
