MEET
Bryan Duberow

Executive Vice President, Business Development | Irvine, CA
At Array, we believe that customer service is still the most important component of client relationships.
What is your role at Array? What is a typical day like for you?

I lead a team of business development professionals who primarily focus on eDiscovery. I would say often my days are not typical as I tend to focus on whatever it takes to bring business to Array. Some days are spent meeting with our team members and discussing their business, discussing deals that we are striving to win. Our goal is to design solutions and pricing to meet the specific needs of our clients.

Why do you do this type of work? What do you like about your job?

I love working with sales professionals. I understand the challenges that exist to be a career sales professional and I try to bring that understanding to managing sales. I have been in this industry for 26 years and I have loved being part of this community.  Those of us that have been doing this for as long as I have should take great pride in being part of the amazing growth and professionalism of this industry. It sure has come a long way.

What is an example of your most creative or impactful work?

In sales, we are measured by our performance concerning revenue. I take huge pride when sellers who work on my team achieve career goals or have the best year of their careers. I love the process of understanding what someone’s goal is and planning and working together to achieve or exceed it.

What do you think is the “Array Advantage”? Why do clients trust Array?

At Array, we believe that customer service is still the most important component of client relationships. We strive to be responsive to our clients and understand their needs and work to achieve their objectives. Our professionals have years of experience that we can draw upon to offer ideas and solutions to assist our customers in achieving their goals.

Describe Array in five words or less.

Service, customer focus, solutions, family

What are you most likely up to when you are off-the-clock?

I have two kids in college now and my youngest is still in high school. When I am not spending time visiting my college kids and going to their school’s basketball and football games, you will often see me supporting my youngest daughter who is passionate about soccer. Last year she played a huge part in leading her high school team to a California CIF championship. We are looking for them to make another run this year. We are excited to visit my oldest daughter in the coming weeks and see her dance one last time for her college dance team. I have always loved witnessing my kids do the things they are passionate about, whether it was dance, football, soccer or whatever. Mostly I love spending time with my wife and kids! I also love riding my Peloton, mountain biking, skiing and golf.

What is something that would surprise people about you?

In my younger years, I was a passionate back-country skier and was able to experience some very awesome ski trips. My particular favorite trips were to British Columbia in the Selkirk mountain range where we would take helicopters to very remote locations and spend a week skiing untouched powder.

What is the most recent thing you learned about or taught yourself to do?

I recently started listening to Podcasts. I know that I am probably late to starting this, but at least I got there. Currently, I am enjoying the podcast Smartless.
