What is your role at Array? What is a typical day like for you?
Cultivating new business, connecting with clients and new prospects to build revenue for our company. My typical day involves staying connected to my clients and prospects to understand their issues, needs, and goals, which involves asking the right questions and listening to understand, and then providing the appropriate technology and team of experts so they can focus on their job of practicing law and winning their cases.

Why do you do this type of work? What do you like about your job?
I have been in the legal service provider industry for 20 years, and quite simply it is my passion. I truly enjoy the ever-changing and evolving technological aspects of our industry, but what I love about this job are the connections that I have made over the years with my clients and the amazing people I worked with along my journey. I have made a career of cultivating relationships and working to help solve my client’s most difficult and complex issues.

What is an example of your most creative or impactful work?
One of the things that I love about this industry is that I’ve never had the same day twice as each day brings about new challenges and needed solutions. All of our work is impactful and requires a level of creativity that each client deserves.

The “Array Advantage” to me is establishing trust with both our clients and prospective clients that our team will always provide the latest technology, and a team of experts solely focused on providing the most optimal response time and the highest level of service in the industry.

What are you most likely up to when you are off-the-clock?
Spending time with my family and friends. I am also a lifelong avid snow skier, and sports enthusiast.

What is something that would surprise people about you?
In getting to know my clients and prospects, one of the things that surprises them the most is that I seem to be one of the few they meet that was actually born and raised here in Atlanta even though I do not have a distinct southern accent.

What is the most recent thing you learned about or taught yourself to do?
Being someone who is interested in technology and how it is not only changing the legal industry but every aspect of the world we live in, I immersed myself in the world of AI learning and teaching myself the practical applications and implications of how it can positively impact all of us in so many ways.
