In her new role, Emily is responsible for aligning marketing strategies with sales objectives, ensuring that campaigns are data-driven, effective, and innovative. A typical day involves collaborating with the marketing team to refine upcoming initiatives, working closely with Array’s Chief Revenue Officer, to optimize sales alignment, and evaluating new marketing technologies to enhance capabilities. Since joining Array, she has been focused on building a high-performing marketing team and establishing a strong foundation for long-term success.

Passion for Marketing and Strategic Growth

With 15 years of industry experience, Emily thrives at the intersection of creativity and data-driven decision-making. While she enjoys the creative aspects of marketing—such as crafting compelling campaigns and organizing events—she is equally excited by analytics, testing, and continuous optimization. This balance of creativity and strategy fuels her passion for delivering measurable results.

A Unique Path to Legal Marketing

Emily has a distinctive career journey, starting in a marketing agency before making a complete career pivot to attend law school and earn an LLM in taxation. After a brief stint practicing law, she realized her true passion lies in marketing, making her an outstanding fit for her new role with Array. Her background includes 12 years at Thomson Reuters, a legal SaaS provider, where she combined her legal knowledge with marketing expertise. Now at Array, she leverages this experience to drive impactful marketing strategies in the legal services industry.

A surprising fact? She is a dedicated DIY-er, having tackled everything from tile work to a full kitchen remodel. Recently, Emily took on a new challenge—learning how to wallpaper from her father, who owned a small painting company. Spending the day learning a hands-on skill while creating memories made the experience even more special.
