As VP of Business Development based in Ohio, David Walker combines his expertise in information systems and data analysis to drive efficiency in eDiscovery. Array’s Chief Revenue Officer, Thad Warren, shares, “David’s expertise and commitment to helping clients find practical, impactful solutions make him an invaluable member of our team. We’re incredibly fortunate to have someone with his skill set and dedication on board.”
Navigating Client Needs with a Strategic Mindset
In his role, David builds strategic partnerships with clients, offering insights and solutions that allow them to serve their own clients more effectively. Whether he’s diving into data to enhance efficiencies or exploring new tools, David is always thinking about how to streamline the discovery process. “I enjoy leveraging my background in information systems and data analysis to make discovery faster and more cost-effective. It’s all about benefiting our clients and, ultimately, the legal system,” he says.
One of David’s recent accomplishments speaks volumes about his innovative mindset. By automating the majority of a data classification task that would have otherwise taken months to complete manually, David saved a client an impressive $250,000—nearly 90% in cost reduction. “That project really showcased the potential of technology to make a difference,” he reflects.
The Array Difference: Responsive, Reliable, and Client-Centered
Since Ricoh eDiscovery Services joined Array, David has noticed a shift toward a more agile and focused approach, allowing him and his team to pivot quickly to meet evolving client needs. “The acquisition has sharpened our focus and made us nimbler,” he says. “It’s all about being ready to adapt and keeping the client front and center.” To David, the “Array Advantage” is all about a client-centric culture. “We’ll do what it takes to support our clients,” he says.
Life Off the Clock
When he’s not working on client strategy, David’s likely unwinding by watching sports or diving into a new home improvement project. Recently, he took some time to learn about integrated circuits with his nephew!
Having recently attended the American Bar Association’s 2024 Class Actions National Institute, David gained insights from both plaintiffs’ and defense perspectives. He notes, “It was valuable to see the full spectrum of the process from both sides. It’s experiences like these that help me bring fresh perspectives to our clients.”
In just a few words, David describes Array’s culture as “experienced, driven, and nimble.” We’re thrilled to have David leading the charge in delivering innovative solutions and exceptional client satisfaction across Array.
