Meet Andrea Pileggi, Vice President of Business Development at Array
Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Andrea Pileggi is a powerhouse when it comes to delivering solutions that meet the needs of her clients. With a deep-rooted passion for litigation and an unwavering commitment to client service, Andrea’s enthusiasm for her work is palpable. If she could go back in time, she says she’d take the LSAT to become a litigator—a testament to how much she enjoys being in the thick of complex legal strategy and problem-solving.
Transitioning to Array
Since Array’s acquisition of Ricoh eDiscovery Services, Andrea has experienced a shift in her role. “I now have the chance to concentrate on what I’m truly passionate about—building connections with clients and fostering new business opportunities. Joining Array was exciting for me, as it meant becoming part of a company that prioritizes what matters most to my clients: eDiscovery!”
She emphasizes that Array’s commitment to investing in cutting-edge technology and adapting to the evolving needs of litigators enables her to stay ahead of industry trends. “Array is all about listening and being adaptable—traits that are crucial in our industry,” she shares. “They’re not just talking about innovation—they’re making it happen.”
Passion for Partnership and Strategy
Andrea’s love for her job goes beyond sales. For her, it’s all about managing client relationships through thick and thin. “I enjoy the challenge of navigating through ups and downs with clients,” she explains. Andrea also values the opportunity to collaborate with exceptionally talented people. “I learn something new every day from my colleagues and clients alike.”
She recalls one of the most impactful projects of her career—working on the National Opiate litigation, one of the largest and most complex class actions in history. “Even though I wasn’t in the courtroom or managing data in the weeds, I was the go-to person for the lead attorney to ensure everything was on track. That experience solidified my role as a trusted advisor and partner, and it’s something I’m incredibly proud of.”
The “Array Advantage”
When asked what she believes sets Array apart, Andrea doesn’t hesitate. “It’s our 100% focus on eDiscovery and Managed Review services, combined with our end-to-end solution offerings,” she says. “We don’t push one tool over another. Instead, we provide a consultative approach, giving clients the information they need to make their own fact-based decisions.”
Thad Warren, Chief Revenue Officer at Array, highlights: “Andrea brings an exceptional level of passion and commitment to her role. Her ability to build deep, trusting relationships with clients and consistently deliver results makes her an invaluable asset to our team. She doesn’t just drive business—she creates long-term partnerships that are built to last.”
Off the Clock
When she’s not consulting with clients, Andrea enjoys spending time with her family and puppy, traveling around the U.S., and indulging her love for reading. And, a surprising twist: “When I log off, I ‘put on the apron’ and transform from a sales executive to a die-hard wife and mom who loves to cook and bake for everyone,” Andrea shares.
Connecting with the Legal Community
As Andrea prepares to attend the American Bar Association’s 2024 Class Actions National Institute, she’s excited to reconnect with longtime attorneys who she has worked with on some of the most complex class action cases in recent history. She’s particularly looking forward to hearing them share their firsthand experiences and insights on the cases they’ve led.
Andrea’s enthusiasm for Array’s growth as a leader in eDiscovery is undeniable: “The sky’s the limit,” she says. And with Andrea on the team, there’s no doubt that Array will continue reaching new heights.
Andrea Pileggi is a prime example of how passion, problem-solving, and a commitment to building trust make a real difference at Array.
