What is your role at Array? What is a typical day like for you?
There aren’t any typical days at Array, but the common factors include supporting our records and production departments to ensure clients are receiving their subpoena responses in a timely manner. I also provide immediate customer support for our web portal.
Why do you do this type of work? What do you like about your job?
I enjoy problem solving and providing solutions in a fast paced environment. Every day is going to have a new set of problems to solve or tackle and every day is different then the last. No matter how well you prepare there’s always going to be something you can’t anticipate and having to think on your feet to get through it is challenging and exciting.
What is an example of your most creative or impactful work? (Tell us about a time you went above and beyond or met a unique challenge).
Being in this industry you face plenty of unique challenges from projects and clients, but one of the most memorable we faced as a team was the number of logistical challenges we faced during the start of covid.
Taking an office that works with a paper work order and transitioning the entire workflow to a digital environment while attempting to maintain, and exceed, our monthly goal was very challenging, but here we are with 90% of our subpoena workforce working remotely and exceeding expectations.

What did you do before Array? How do you apply that experience to your work today?
Before Array was Inservio3, before Inservio3 was Advanced Discovery. What was a summer job, turned into an opportunity to be a part of something larger and greater. Each opportunity I was given was a foundational building block that elevated me to the position and person I am today.
What are you most likely up to when you are off-the-clock?
The child within still enjoys playing baseball. Baseball has been a part of my life since I was 10 years old, 17 years later it’s still something I enjoy as much as I did when I first started playing it. If I’m not playing baseball, I’m watching the Angels have another disappointing season.
What is something that would surprise people about you?
I once beat a professional hockey player, and former Olympian, at ping pong. He doesn’t ask for rematches anymore.
What is the most recent thing you learned about or taught yourself to do? (does not have to be work related).
I’m learning to play ping pong with my non-dominant hand.
